• redistribute files;
• upload files to third-party websites;
• incorporate files into productions;
• modify Creative Materials;
• create derivative works;
• sell Creative Materials;
• sublicense Creative Materials;
• reverse engineer Creative Materials;
• remove copyright notices;
• remove metadata;
• create sample libraries;
• create sound libraries;
• create training datasets;
• use materials for machine learning;
• use materials for AI training;
• clone musical styles;
• clone voices;
• scrape Showcase Pages;
• systematically harvest data;
• crawl the website for commercial purposes;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems;
• interfere with website operation.

Article IV - Evaluation Copies

4.01 Purpose

Evaluation Copies are provided solely to assist legitimate creative decision-making. They are not provided for entertainment, redistribution, or commercial exploitation.

4.02 Limited License

Downloading an Evaluation Copy grants only a temporary, revocable, non-exclusive license to evaluate the Creative Materials. No ownership is transferred. No commercial rights are granted.

4.03 Separate License Required

Article VI - Artificial Intelligence

Maximum liability shall not exceed amounts paid directly to Sigma 9 Music relating to the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
